Southgate Adelaide Hockey Club is turning 100!
Dear Members Past, Present and Future,
Please see the details for the centenary celebration below. We are in the early stages of planning, but have secured a venue and will be updating you in the months to come. To gauge interest please could you fill in the google form. We will be asking for a £20 deposit per person as the venue requires a hefty amount very soon. The process of sending this over will follow shortly.

Venue: West Lodge Park Hotel, Cockfosters Road, Hadley Wood, EN4 0PY
Total cost for the evening £85 per person, which includes:
A sparkling wine reception, a three course meal with tea, coffee and petit fours, as well as some Sommelier selected red or white wine.
