We have two pre-season open days for anyone new to the sport or new to the club to join in some real game play.
Come along to Ashmole Academy (Cecil Road, Southgate, N14 5RJ) on Saturday 10th or 17th September meet 11:45 for the session at 12:00-14:00.
You can attend just part of the time if you wish. You can just turn up in sports kit with shin pads, there will be spare hockey sticks to borrow. Call Mike 07581 370313.

Sessions for girls and boys between 7 – 16 years old start again on Saturday 28st April, at Ashmole Academy from 10AM to 11.30AM. This is a great introduction to hockey for those who might have played at school or for those who’ve never held a hockey stick before.
Sessions run on 28th April, 11th May, 18th May, 8th June, 15th June, 22nd June, 29th June and 6th July 2019.

Everyone is welcome to our sessions regardless of ability. if you do not have a stick there will be one you can borrow. We will be playing a series of short matches for different levels of player so everyone can enjoy a game.

North London Hockey helped Enfield to enter a Year 9 boys team in the London Youth Games 2018.
The team of eight boys competed as one of twenty teams in the qualifiers at Redbridge Sports Centre on Sunday June 10th.
Their record in the qualifiers of Played 4, Won 1, Drawn 2, Lost 1 was not enough to make the finals at Crystal Palace in July but they finished in a very creditable joint 17th place at their first attempt.

We will require a £60 cheque payment from each applicant, if they are invited to attend.
* Players nominated to attend Academy Centres, Regional Performance Centres training, represent their county, region or country in the under 13 and under 11 age group are ineligible to compete.
Southgate Adelaide and Hendon and Mill Hill Hockey clubs invite you to join us for our annual Pub Quiz and raffle! Hopefully you will all want to attend this intellectual and culinary extravaganza which takes place on Saturday 24th February at the Fishmongers Arms.
The night kicks off at 730pm and entry is only £5 per person – please pay cash on the night. This will include a delicious chilli/veggie chilli.
Friends and family are more than welcome so if you now a geography nerd, Bring ‘em. If there someone you know who could actually identify a Kardashian? Probably useful.
You can come along with your own team (max of 6) or join up with others to make a team.
Prizes to be won for 1st place as well as those lucky enough to win at the raffle. Proceeds will be going to the hockey clubs. Any donations for raffle prizes would be most welcome..
This will be a great opportunity to socialise with both clubs and is always a good laugh.
